At SHIFT OFF, we stand behind our product completely. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund you in full within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund: Contact us at hello@getshiftoff.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. You do not need to send the product back.

Eligibility:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
• One refund per customer
• Applies to all SHIFT OFF products purchased on getshiftoff.com

Refund processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement.

Non-refundable: Shipping fees on single-bottle orders are non-refundable.
